Amy Rose can be found in Chaotix through a little bit of colour manipulation, although it was originally found through some other circumstances KojiChao spotted a palette very similar to Amys, and through Nemesis's art decompressor, the Amy sprites were then found. Esrael was then able to find a colour code in the colour table to enable her.

Originally there was some confusion as to where you should actually be. Some thought she would sit on a pedastool at the beginning of the level select. Before the finding of the cheat code, it was found by Sasuketea that in the emulator Ages 0.29a, Amy appears automatically through a glitch.
