This is an early version of Scrap Brain Zone, with a completely different name. Clock Ork zone. The best guess is that it was to be called Clock Work Zone, but was later changed. The lack of a W is because it was never created, as none of the levels in the final game use that letter. The final version of Scrap Brain Zone has a completely different background as well.

There is a similar area to this in the final version, but it's still very different. The right side is taken away, and instead filled with giant, rectangular machinery which digs around the hexagonal area.
