This is just a basic Sonic 3 pirate. There is no sign of the SEGA logo anywhere, or Megadrive logo, just some basic Sonic 3 artwork and logo, probably taken from the Asian version of the game.

This is another pirate version which Hivebrain has picked up in his travels on the 'net. It's devoid of any SEGA logos on the cover and in the game.
