This is a scan of the cartridge from the version that was dumped and put onto the internet. It's artwork is taken from the Sonic Screensaver software.

This version has the cart named 'Super 1998 Sonic 6', but is the same game. The cartridges artwork has been taken from a European kids book by 'Ladybird' called 'Where's Sonic Now?', a Where's Wally? take off.
