This box is close to the final design, but just look at the logo, it's almost looking like the old SEGA Sports logo.
Here is a multi-game cartridge found on Ebay, which includes Sonic Advance.
Another odd box artwork, now using Sonic Shuffle's artwork, and an altered logo to show 'ADVANCE' in Sonic Shuffle's font.
