The last missing section of the Chao Kindergarden is the Library. The texture packs seen in AL_STG_KINDER_LI_TEX.PRS include a whole load of different books, such as Album, Health, Beauty, and Fortune. Possibly you could give your Chao facial features, or choose the hats it can wear. Health seems a bit odd since there is a health centre seperately. Album may have been an ability to take pictures of your Chao.

Also inside the library are all these textures for a desk [top left], computer [top right] and selection of books [bottom]. These could have all been the selection area of the room.
