This is a near final video of Eggman in Sand Ocean. The only main difference is that Eggmans voice is not used in the beginning, and there is no flash shot of the statues of the level.

This is also a video of the level with Lost Colony's music instead of it's own. They were changed before the final. Goto the Sonic Adventure 2 Preview page for another movie.
