test hints with a blue backdrop.

section is fairly different to the final. Here the pole which
Sonic can tornado around is already up. In the final you must
hit a target using Tails to turn on the pole.

the end of the level two Rhino Liners are meant to appear, instead
nothing happens.

furhtering itself from Team Sonic.
