This single screenshot baffled the continent of Australia. It appeared in the SEGA Megazone review of the game, and quoted "See what short work Knuckles' makes of the Green Hill Zone". Problem is that Knuckles can't go into green Hill Zone, or any Sonic 1 level.

It was later mentioned in their letters page that the picure was just a fake they created themselves, as they wern't sure if the game was going to be compatible or not.
