The was the promotional box for Sonic X-Treme. a simple CG with some speedlines behind him. This was one of the few boxes which had the main image entangle with the Sega Saturn logo on the side.

This was taken from a Sega Saturn pamphlet. The only difference is that the Sonic X-treme logo has no back shadowing on it, probably an early version. Click the image for the section of pamphlet.
