Big
is wandering through the Egg Carrier innards, and next to the
EGGMAN buttons, but if you look closely, they're green and much
smaller in this image. In the final, they're orange and a lot
larger.

Knuckles
is running through the same area as big, but the floor is much
lighter in colour. In the final they're much more see through
to see the machinery working inside it.

In
the video Knuckles tries some of his punching moves, those which
are actually in the final game! The lighting model is reacting
horribly to Knuckles and is making him half black.

Here
is Tails on the Egg Carrier with the Tornado 2, but it's still
intact, and in its first mode! In the final the plane would have
crashed and turned into the Tornado 2 at this point.

The
same scene is played in the final version, but if you look closely,
all of them are E-102 Gammas! Each one of them is red and has
an arm, while in the final each E-100 series is different in colour
and has an allsortment of arms.

Again,
the same scene, but from a different angle.

Although
not exactly a prototype screenshot, Gamma pushes down this button
and it doesn't move. This was also in the original Japanese release
of Sonic Adventure, but in the American, European, and 'Sonic
Adventure International' versions of the game it is fixed so that
it does push down.

Sonic
is talking to Eggman in the cutscene before the Chaos 6 fight,
but his mouth moves very differently to the final. He's got a
huge bottom lip and seems to just jabber up and down.

This
is Eggmans room of operations, but it's differently colours to
the final game.
