One
of the first areas where Sonic & Tails chat next to the beach,
but in this shot all of the humans are missing, along with their
chairs. The items are in the final version.

Here
we have Sonic running near Knuckles' entrance to Speed Highway.
Groups of people are walking out from the Entrance, they do
not appear in the final.

image has Sonic walking around the middle of Station Square. The
background seems to have a bigger amount of humans walking around
than usual, a bit late for a walkabout though. |

waiting at the Kiosk in Station Square, the Kiosk doesn't have a
line of people waiting in the final version. The humans present
seem to be the same ones coming out from Knuckles' Speed Highway
entrance in the image above. Perhaps they had a routine that they
did in the level rather than walking around in a circle? |

Gamma is in the lobby area, but now it's crawling with humans! There
are two people behind the counter, and in addition to that, there
is a ladder which has been added to the scenery to get up to the
next floor. |

Through
the window of the shop you can see that it is more densely populated
than in the final.

Station Square is completely packed with people, a lot more than
the final game.

An
early shot from the Chaos 0 fight scene at the beginning of the
game. Notice how the area looks a lot more purple instead of blue,
and Chaos 0 is definitely a lot more transparent with a darker
hue of Blue.

here, and Chaos is a lot different in colour.

small section of the video has a very floaty camera, it even gets
stuck behind a car for a split second.

Chaos
2 fights Knuckles in the room next to the Station Square Chao
Garden. In this picture, you can see that the lighting of Chaos
is fairly off because of the lighting issues.

In
the fight between the two, originally the background was very
dark and gloomy. In the final you can clearly see the chairs in
the background and the windows.
