Sonic R - Trial Version was released with 2 other discs in what is titled: "This Is Cool Demo Album". It's an oversized cardboard album holding 3 demo discs, Sonic R, Shining Force III, and Machi. For a short time, it came with a purchase of a Japanese Sega Saturn.
