This image was taken from the back of the European version of Tails' Adventure. In this image Tails is throwing a large Bomb, but is in an unknown area, and also has a full flight timer, which only appears when flying in the final game.

Heres another level in a forest landscape, but with a white background? Once again, the flight timer is showing when it should be hidden, and the ring counter seems to have snagged a part of the little Mecha Tail's head.

The map found in the instruction manual is a little different to the final. Tails' head from the manual is below the Caron forest entrance, with what appears to be a path heading towards it. In the final, there is no path between Poly and Caron forests.

Also, there is no writing on the image from the manual telling you which area you are about to enter.
